One good comment out of 1001 bad bad remark.
Anyway, hope all good efforts to be continued.
Yes,
At least there's some good comments.. well, i dont see a lot of bad remarks this days..
Can u please enlighten me if there's any.. Probably u can give me article of reference to your claims..
at least we can improve ourselfs dont we?
I guess as Anak Langkawi, you should know better than me on 1001 bad remark about Langkawi.
To help you, what have been done on ferry service which I think it is not an isolated issue? Taxi fare which is higher than approved by government. Cleanliness of Pantai Cenang and its quality (high e-coli). Comment on Payar Island which has resulted cancellation of chartered flight from Italy and many more...
There is no need to furnish you the article. Just be sensitive to the surrounding and you will get it.
Ferry issue is a unsolve mystery..
By the way, as far as i know its been conquered by certain parties (not political party-lah).. there're several attempts back then (2-3 years) back to control the monopoly of ferry services..
but for what i know it involves operating license from the ministry of transportation in KL..their proposal for license & route for ferry services been denied.. (not sure what the reason is)..
For me for the good of tourism industry the taxi's should uniformed their rates.. i dont care who but that's the fact.. if there is no guideline so MAKE one..
Cleanliness of Pantai Chenang? As far as i know the langkawi authorities been cleaning the beach 3 times or twice a week using machinery (not sure what).. but during weekend & public holiday the cleaning is everyday..
E-coli is probably a result of unorganised chalet which dumps their waste direct to the beach.. but as far as i know there's none chalet near the beach doing so except probably coming from nearby river besides the Pelangi beach..
Lisa.. i see that u are concern on issues of langkawi.. I do hope u drop me an email & i can publish it here..
p/s: this blog is to bring up any issues about langkawi & perhaps opens up new chapter for the well being of langkawi ppl.
